Maria, Bobbie, Amanda and Donnalee

Our staff members are trained in CPR, first aid, medication disbursement, nutrition, proper handling of food, bathing, insulin injections, glucose monitoring, medical emergencies, resident rights, fire safety, extinguishment, and assist our residents in personal care. 

Maria came to us with prior experience in care giving and management.  She is our home manager.  It’s obvious that she loves helping people and gains a great deal of satisfaction from a simple smile.  She is always willing to go that extra mile to help the residents and assist in Watson Manor reports, training, and shopping.  Maria has been our employee since January 2003.

Bobbie became our employee in 2006.  She previously worked at another adult foster care home for 10 years.  Bobbie is very artistic and creative.  She is very patient, kind, and is an asset to Watson Manor.  She has the patience of a saint!  God gave her the gift to create angels from a clay like substance.  

We have known Donnalee personally for many years.  She is our midnight staff person who keeps our kitchen cupboards and linen closet organized.  She also assists with residents in the middle of the night when they need help.  Donnalee has a specialty in homemade soups, cakes, and breads.  She helps out wherever we need her.

Amanda is our newest employee who has a great sense of humor.  She always has a smile on her face and very comforting to the residents.  Amanda is a welcome addition to our Watson Manor family.

They are all great employees, share lots of love, kindness, humor and have hearts of gold.  We feel very fortunate to have all three of them.  They each bring some special to Watson Manor.
